        Summary
        This study investigates the impact of scores and social comparison on the motivation and experience of users in an e-learning environment. First two theoretical models are created to understand the different ways scores and social comparison can impact the experience. Then a mixed method research is conducted. Evaluating different types of bonus scores and the impact of seeing the average scores of colleagues.
