The TeleTriage Oogzorg Project: An Early Health Economic Evaluation of a Complex Eye Care Intervention

Abstract

This thesis applied various conceptual and methodological frameworks to map the TeleTriage Oogzorg project's complexities and enhance it's empirical understanding. Accordingly, two distinct analyses were conducted: 1) a so called "room for improvement" analysis, which is a novel approach in health economics that has been rarely performed in this field, and 2) an accuracy assessment to evaluate the project's clinical efficacy.
