dc.description.abstract | This thesis applied various conceptual and methodological frameworks to map the TeleTriage Oogzorg project's complexities and enhance it's empirical understanding. Accordingly, two distinct analyses were conducted: 1) a so called "room for improvement" analysis, which is a novel approach in health economics that has been rarely performed in this field, and 2) an accuracy assessment to evaluate the project's clinical efficacy. | |
