        Summary
The main question this study sets out to answer is to what extent large media conglomerates such as YG Entertainment, JYP Entertainment, and SM Entertainment are involved in shaping the K-Pop movement and how big their influence on the American/Korean hybridization process of the Korean cultural market is. Also, how can this information be used to analyze the contemporary American cultural transfer debate.
