dc.subjectThis thesis is aimed at analyzing the biopolitics attempts at controlling and regulation pregnancy, with a focus on pregnant mentally disabled women. These women can, in several legal orders, become subjected to compulsory care aimed at providing care for the women themselves, but also for the fetus.
