        Summary
This paper aims to examine in what ways a traditional narrative would change if it were turned into a digital narrative on Facebook. Using "Bridget Jones's Diary" as a case study, the paper compares offline and online situations with regard to social interaction, self-disclosure, behavior and self-presentation. The paper illustrates the possibilities and limits of a digital narrative on Facebook.
