The research proposed to analyze the impact of a renewable energy project entitled ‘The Biogas Project Program for the department of Animal Husbandry and livestock of Vietnam: Enterprise Development of Masons in the Biogas Sector of Vietnam.’ A telephone survey and group interviews of 177 participants were quantitatively evaluated. The study proposed to investigate the potential sustainability of the biogas sector via the development of small to medium enterprises through proposed business training programs. The majority of the project concentrates on an analysis of the supply side of the sector, as it has been noted in a previous Asian Development Bank (ADB) study that masons have a key role in developing the biogas sector. The results have indicated that there is in fact potential for enterprise development based on the increasing levels of free market biogas digester construction.
