dc.description.abstractEnergy cooperatives are often seen as key actors in transitiioning to a just and sustainable energy system. Despite their potential, cooperatives risk reinforcing inequalities and often fail to reach vulnerable groups. The study investigates how cooperatives can better address energy poverty through collaborative efforts with municipalities and housing associations, using an energy justice framework to evaluate their impact.
