        Summary
        The thesis coordinators at the computer and information science department did not have any information about how students progress in their thesis. Additionally, the coordinators have no information about the relationship between students and their supervisors. This thesis build a questionnaire to follow the thesis progress and provide that information towards the thesis coordinators.
