Ugandan President Museveni and the ICC referral

Abstract

This thesis attempts to explain the referral to the ICC of the 'case concerning the situation in northern Uganda' by Ugandan president Museveni. The concept of regime security will be used as an explanation for Museveni's main interests in making the referral.
