Cerebellar function in optimal motor control

Abstract

Cerebellar lesion studies show a profound deficit in optimal motor control. In this thesis insight is given in the nature of these deficits. Also the function of the cerebellum in optimal motor control will be presented in light of connectivity of different brain structures as well as mathmatical models.
