        Summary
The Quark-Gluon Plasma (QGP), created in high-energy nuclear collisions, can be studied by measuring the remnants of the hard scattered particles. They decay in jets, collimated sprays of particles, which lose energy to the QGP by jet quenching. If the collision produces a 𝘞 boson, the jets originating from it start interacting at later times with the QGP. This time delay of the 𝘞 boson can give information about the time evolution of the plasma. To distinguish 𝘞 bosons in measurements of 𝘱𝘱 collisions, their jet characteristics are compared in PYTHIA and JEWEL. 𝘞 boson signal events are compared with other 𝘞 boson events that contain mixed and subsequently constituent subtracted thermal events. This comparison shows that a minimal cut on a few jet characteristics can be applied to increase the distinctiveness of 𝘞 bosons. Based on these ?findings we establish cuts on jet characteristics that optimise the significance and increase the ratio of 𝘞 bosons in measurements of 𝘱𝘱 collisions.
