| dc.description.abstract | This thesis is focussing on coupling social and spatial networks in models of opinion dynamics. The research on spatial aspects and social networks in models of opinion dynamics is limited. In order to complement the existing research a literature study is performed. The outcomes of the literature study are used to develop and implement a model of opinion dynamics in which social and spatial networks are coupled. A sensitivity analysis was performed to help interpreting the results better. An analysis of the plausibility resulted in the conclusion that the model in general can be considered as plausible. | |
