        Summary
        Evaluation of sperm chromatine quality can be done with different techniques. Some of these techniques make use of Acridine Orange. In this research different techniques which involve staining with Acridine Orange were used to evaluate the quality of lama and stallion semen. Besides that different methods to make a positive control for this technique are compared.
