dc.description.abstract | In my thesis I use a model to show how a neural network shows oscillatory behavior even when the input is random. In a different model we show the correlation between sound waves and brain waves, and the ways in which they differ. Finally we give a practical example of how synchrony between input and top-down attention waves could be used for rule selection. | |
