dc.description.abstract | Inquisitive semantics tries to solve the issue of modeling questions that exists in semantics. Using the accompanying logic, InqL, this thesis shows the basics of inquisitive semantics as seen in Ciardelli and Roelofsen (2011). It also looks at how Grice's maxims of implicature could be translated to this system made to model conversations. | |
