This thesis describes the optimalization of a newly designed sample for a Cen- trifugal Force Microscope. It starts of with a theoretical background about G- Quadruplexes and follows up with a step by step process for making the G- Quadruplex DNA involved and the sample itself. The alterations are described fully, complete with their reasons. Measurements regarding the tethering of beads are presented and discussed. It ends with a prognosis of the future and its possibilities.
