Court efficiency gets major boost?

On July 13 2012, the Act to change the court map was published.2 This Act will enter into force on January 1 2013.3 It aims to maintain a high degree of quality of justice and improve court efficiency. This thesis examines whether this Act can be expected to help improve court efficiency.
