dc.description.abstract | Geo-information providing facilities exist to fulfill needs of specific user groups, but the user does not contribute to the development of facilities and is not satisfied with the offered solutions. By using free available but not accurate log-files and specific analyze tools, information about user identification and usage of facility can be gained. This information can be used as starting point for additional analysis to define user requirements and facility improvements. | |
