dc.description.abstractThis thesis is about the spatial development of public housing in Mumbai. These spatial development is placed into the perspective of splintering urbanism. The study uses Actor-Netwerk Theory as a theoretical framework. Three case studies are worked out into detail: the Mill Area, the area of Charkop and the Urban Land Ceiling and Regulation Act.
