dc.description.abstract | Because of the recent cutbacks in art, for example and most relevant in this thesis, theatres, I developed an idea to keep our cultural field alive. This MA thesis is used s a concept for new thinking: can we use a different type of management, cross cultural management, which comes from a business perspective in a cultural sphere? I tried to give new insight in the possibilities when subisidizing gets less and less and how institutions themselves can maintain their position on the market. | |
