A feasibility study about the introduction of a web service in land consolidation projects was conducted. The proposed web service should enable the exchange of geo-information between stakeholders (title holders) and the government (province). It includes dissemination of geo-information to title holders as well as the possiblity to submit geo-information to the province. A user-centred design process was adopted as theoretical approach to investigate the feasibility. A user survey, the think aloud method, and semi-structured interviews were among others conducted to investigate the user needs. Based on these research results a conceptual design of the proposed web service was made.
