The aim of this study was to investigate the influence of different organizational factors like school size, denomination and teacher qualification on the results of final exams in high schools in the Netherlands. Data were used from the ministry of Education, Culture and Science, containing a sample of 393 schools. Using regression analyses it was found that there are little significant contributors to final exam results, yet it was proven that the size of the school mildly influences the outcome of final exams, as does the ratio of employees and children in a school.
