dc.description.abstractThis thesis investigates the differences between monolingual and simultaneous bilingual adults' statistical and rule-based learning abilities. The question it sought to answer is if bilinguals have increased statistical and rule-based learning ability due to increased experience with the statistical and rule-based learning task during the language acquisition process.
