dc.subjectTilburg University and the Elisabeth-TweeSteden Hospital (ETH) have developed a digital assistant (DA), in the form of a chatbot, to support medication allergy history taking by the patient. This study was conducted to identify, quantify and categorise discrepancies between medication allergy history taking performed by the patient guided by a DA (ChARM-A) versus pharmacy technicians (gold standard). The clinical relevance and potential risk factors of the discrepancies were also determined.
