dc.subjectThis thesis develops a standards-aligned data lineage model for geospatial ETL workflows at the Rijksvastgoedbedrijf (RVB). It integrates ISO 19115 metadata and GeoSPARQL semantics to document and visualize spatial transformations within FME. Using Python-based parsers, it extracts and structures lineage from FME workspaces and logs into ISO-compliant JSON, improving traceability, auditability, and data governance across spatial workflows
