dc.subjectIn this study, the prodromal phase of frontotemporal dementia is characterized by analyzing MRI reports and neuropsychological assessments in the years before diagnosis. A group of control participants, prodromal FTD participants and prodromal Alzheimer's participants took part. A mixed linear effects model as well as time to event analyses are performed to see how these patients deteriorate and how the diseases develop, and differ from each other.
