Transcriptional regulation in eukaryotes is a highly coordinated process involving the interplay between chromatin remodeling and RNA Polymerase II (RNA Pol II). Chromatin remodelers, like SWI/SNF (switch/sucrose non-fermentable) dynamically alter nucleosome positioning to regulate gene accessibility, while RNA Pol II is the machinery to transcribe genetic information.
