dc.subjectIn this thesis the establishment of an in vitro bone sarcoma model was described to test B7H3-targeting, IL-18-enhanced CAR T cells. By gene editing using CRISPR-Cas9 and lentiviral transduction tumor cells with different target antigen densities were generated and B7H3 expression was quantified by qPCR and flow cytometry.
