dc.subjectThe study focuses on optimizing vaccine peptides’ length for better binding affinity to MHC molecules, using NetMHCpan for selection. Various peptide lengths were tested, and peptide uptake was assessed via flow cytometry under different conditions to study difference in peptide lengths on the uptake of dendritic cells.
