dc.subjectThe results showed that resilience and social support networks are positively related to career sustainability. No relationship was found between the severity of career shocks and career sustainability. Finally, when examining moderations of the relationship between resilience, social support networks and the severity of career shocks on career sustainability, there was no relationship found.
