dc.subjectI investigated whether extraversion dissimilarity would indirectly lead to increased emotional exhaustion through lower co-worker support. In addition, we examined if workplace friendships could protect employees against perceiving less social support when facing extraversion dissimilarity. Furthermore, we tested if extraverted individuals are more affected by extraversion dissimilarity, therefore perceiving less support from their colleagues.
