The thesis analyses the evolution of the law of neutrality in the context of the armed conflict between Ukraine and Russia. In particular, it analyses how the export of weapons and the provision of intelligence by Western States may violate the law of neutrality or if a new status of qualified neutrality emerged. These weapons exports and intelligence provisions are taken into consideration to determine as well if these exporting States became parties to the conflict.
