dc.subjectThis study presents an innovative approach to Business Process Management (BPM) that aims to shift the focus from the traditional top-down methodologies to a more inclusive, bottom-up, people-centric approach. Recognizing the unrealized potential in the daily experiences and insights of process participants, a tool was developed that utilizes Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to gather, analyze, and incorporate unstructured feedback into the organization’s knowledge- base.
