dc.subjectThe objective of this study was to investigate the presence of a relationship between JLCG and happiness, particularly as measured by Luthans’ (2007) Psychological Capital, which comprises hope, self-efficacy, resilience and optimism. The study also aimed to investigate if these elements could combine successfully into one factor, HERO, and if this factor would have a negative relationship with JLCG.
