The Hub aims to connect large amounts of food waste from large centers (e.g. the port of Rotterdam) to small and medium businesses. This review extracts useful practices for business models for sustainability to create a successful venture that could tackle the food waste issue effectively and contribute to a healthier, more sustainable society.
