The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of ADT on 68Ga-PSMA-PET-CT uptake (SUVmax) in the prostate tumour lesion and normal liver tissue in patients with PCa. 235 68Ga-PSMA-PET/CT scans from 2016-2021 were examined. Patients who recently had undergone radiotherapy showed a statistically significant decrease in tumour uptake, while patients that had undergone prostatectomy followed with recurrence showed a statistically significant increase in tumour uptake.
