Various factors contribute to the development of antimicrobial resistance such as overuse and inappropriate prescribing of antibiotics. This cross-sectional study aims to determine the frequency of a mismatch between prescribed and dispensed quantities of antibiotics in community pharmacies and the causes thereof.
