dc.subject | Intercultural competence is a concept that has been defined extensively in previous research, it entails possessing the necessary abilities to handle day-to-day situations and intercultural encounters in a foreign culture. The development of this competence has been described and the call arose for a constant re-evaluation of this process in different (cultural) contexts. This thesis is such of a new context, as it adds Dutch culture and influences by COVID on this process to the literature. | |
