dc.description.abstract	In this thesis, the editions of two versions of ‘The death of Bresal’, as found in RIA MS 23 P 3 and LL, are presented according to a semi-diplomatic editorial policy, accompanied by two documentary translations in English. A literary Dutch translation is presented as well, followed by a comparison of all versions of ‘The death of Bresal’, based on the course of the story.
