This thesis is an impact evaluation of UN-HABITAT's Siddhipur water & sanitation project. The project sought to implement community-based water and sanitation services, from a pro-poor perspective. This study looks at the impact of the project on the extremely poor households in the community, compared to better off households in the community. The impact is measured with five indicators: access to water, access to sanitation, health, income and participation.
