dc.description.abstractThis Thesis investigates the interaction between national legal frameworks and EU Regulation 1073/2009 covering the market for long-distance buses. The territorial scope is Netherlands, Belgium and Germany who all have a different regulatory framework. It unravels the patchwork and offers solutions for the Member States and the EU to make enhance functioning of the market.
