This research set out to develop a tangible standardized method that can be used to effectively estimate the impact of RPA based on quantitative baseline measurements that can be readily applied in practice without leveraging other technologies. A multi-case study and an expert evaluation are carried out to structurally evaluate the method by applying the method in practice. With the developed method, I was able to address in the identified gaps in the literature. By combining scientific research with findings and hands-on expertise, this research has provided a deeper insight into a comprehensive approach to estimating the impact of RPA, which is tailored to the application of the method in practice.
