This current research study investigated the relationship between endorsement and activism of gender diversity policies, along with exploring the assumption that supervisor and co-worker activism moderate the relationship between participants’ endorsement and activism of gender diversity policies. The participants of this study are 154 employees from different organizations who worked in a company that has gender diversity policies in place. Data were collected through an online questionnaire with a reliance on snowball sampling. The results show that there is a significant relationship between participants’ endorsement and activism of gender diversity policies, however, both supervisor and co-worker activism were not found to moderate this relationship. These findings suggest that there is a significant link between attitudinal support (endorsement) and behavioral support (activism) of gender diversity policies, and this relationship is not contingent upon the perceived activism of both supervisors and co-workers.
