| dc.description.abstract | This thesis researches the patterns and dynamics of conversational humor. The data is collected during a groupsession in an organisational training. In the course of the session specific humor patterns get visible. Tease is widely used to comment on others behavior and characteristics. The tease is mostly answered by self-mockery. This is probably used to show the acceptance of the critique. Conclusions are tentative and express the need for further investigation on humor patterns in group sessions in organisational trainings. | |
