dc.description.abstract	A comparative edition of two short Middle Welsh prognostic texts: Argoelion y Flwyddyn and Arwyddion Calan Ionawr. Both texts have two copies in Middle Welsh sources and these are used to make an extensive comparative analysis, as well as shed some light on the role of prognostics in Middle Welsh literature.
