dc.description.abstract | In this thesis, I will investigate whether the claims of List and Pettit (2011) with regards to the reality of corporations as group agents and their collective moral responsibility are tenable. I will also address the question of to what extent their account is of use for political, legal and corporate reform. I will focus in this thesis on a specific kind of corporation, namely publicly traded companies. | |
