dc.description.abstract	This thesis is about ethnic minorities in the labour market. It tries to uncover why the unemployment among ethnic minorities in the Netherlands is relatively high, and what kind of action a municipality could take in order to improve the position of ethnic minorities in the labour market. This thesis makes a case for diversity management.
