dc.description.abstractIn this thesis, we investigated the way in which people give meaning to and cope with food insecurity in Santa Cruz del Quiché. We based this thesis on our own fieldwork research, which included both organizational level and Household level. Food was an insightful lens to look at the way people organize and construct livelihoods.
