dc.subjectWith the increasing use of neuroimaging, there has been seen an enhancement in the amount of incidentally discovered brain lesions in children, leading to a growing treatment dilemma for clinicians as a standardized treatment for these lesions is lacking. The aim of the study was to contribute to the improvement of knowledge on the management and natural history of incidentally discovered brain lesions in the pediatric population.
